I graduated Nova Southeastern University with a BS in Computer Science.

I worked for Citrix Systems Inc. from 1993 to 2000

I worked for Continental Plastic Card Company and ran their computer department for three years.

I then started my own consulting company out here in Sherman Oaks since 2003.

Jeff saved the laptop of the CEO of our entertainment company. He came by for 4 days straight during business hours until he got the computer up and running. He’s very experienced in what he does. Even when I gave up hope on the laptop, he did not give up! After 4 days, my boss’ computer went from not starting up what so ever to fully up and running and working great. I don’t know what he did, or how he did it – but Jeff — you rock.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone looking to get their computer fixed for any issue — personal or business. He blows the apple genius bar out of the water. Seriously. THEY COULDN’T EVEN FIX THE LAPTOP. But JEFF did.
I hope I don’t run into any computer issues in the future but let’s be honest — it happens. And when it does, I’ll be running back to Jeff.

We’re so happy we found Jeff. Our business computer wasn’t working and Jeff was available early Sunday morning to look at our computer. He was available, professional, easy to understand, reasonable and honest. In the end, we needed to purchase a new computer. Much better than heading over to geek squad to ship our computer off for a week just to find out we need to upgrade. Once we purchased our new computer, Jeff came over and transferred our data for us and made sure we were ready for the work week. We highly recommend Jeff’s services. Thank you Jeff! We’ll definitely be using him for all our computer needs.

TV repair over the phone! WOW … Who would have thought?! My Samsung would not turn on … And I have Boardwalk Empire to watch as well as depressing News to put me to sleep. What to do? My instinct was to chuck it and run over to Bestbuy and pick up a new one. Instead I Unilocaled Jeff and sure enough he gave me some helpful hints and tricks of what to do over the phone. And 10 minutes later … TV is back in business! Jeff refused my offer to pay him and was very gracious. Now I know who to call for any Electronics needs I may have. Thank you Jeff.

We have been using Biped services for over 10 years. He has repaired our computers, installed softwear and programs, added hardware, transferred data from one computer to another, helped develope a webpage, made our computers more efficient and maintained our network. In addition he has programed our phones, smart tv internet programs and many other electronic devices. He has always been available and answers his calls promptly.
Rates are reasonable and he is extremely proficient in finding out what the problems are and persistent until he solves the problem. Recommend him for both private and business services.
