I like this particular Goodwill. As someone who shops on the regular, it’s nice to see the staff recognize me. They are always very helpful. Pretty decent selection, I’ve found some amazing deals. And I love $ 3 day. Most of the clothes here are in really good condition and almost new.
Very clean, well organized store compared to others. Love shopping here!

I wrote this to corporate:
I entered your store in which your worker at the front said hello, I asked her what the deal was for today. She stated all green tag were on sale, in which I had to have a follow up question of what was the sale. She responded that all green tag were 45% off. With this knowledge and limited funds, I shopped your store. I was able to find my husband 9 work shirts with green tags stating 99 cents. I was happy that finally something went right for us because we had been having some tough time with money. At the cash register someone by the name of jazmin assisted us. She rang up the clothes and I asked why the discount was not taken and she said they don’t do the discount anymore. I didn’t understand? But there was a line so I continued my transaction. I walked out of the store and felt wronged beyond belief. I went back in and patiently waited for jazmin to finish with the line. Which oddly when the lady she was helping was complaining that jazmin was not helping her. When done I asked why the green tag sale was not in effect, she said there was no such thing. I asked if I can speak with the other lady worker there to clear this up, she said yes and continued to do something under the counter. After a minute I asked if she was getting the lady. Jazmin replies that she is on break, I asked how much longer and she said 5 minutes. I said I would be back. As I left I was quite surprised in the un-​attention given to me, and poor case of customer service. When i returned jazmin called the lady over who originally told me about the deal stating «she needs to talk with you» I found it odd how cold she was but I shook it off. I told the lady my deal didn’t ring up as she had stated it was. She said because I chose something under $ 1.99 that it wouldn’t show. I asked her how I was supposed to know that nod why she failed to provide me this information because my shopping experience was based on this. She said well u can talk with my manager. And I said ok who? She then pointed to jasmin. The very person who was cold, and lacked customer service. She immediately said you will have to call corporate and didn’t give me a second thought.
I feel thoroughly disappointed that someone with such poor customer service skills is in such a high position. I am requesting for someone to take a moment and help me. Me writing this email is proof enough that I feel so wronged, and I hope I receive some sort of response, if not I will be calling your headquarters until something is rectified. I believe that my multiple donations in the pass will now cease and I will discontinue shopping at ALL of your stores, and I will be spreading the word of this unless the basic customer service that has been taken away from me has been fixed.

I love Goodwill! this location is new, very clean and friendly staff.
I got a cassette tape recorder for $ 5 from Goodwill before then i realize it is really hard to find a new blank cassette tape these days. I found a few at an old local liquor store for $ 6 each! Lol

Have designated parking just for the donation center right outside of the business. There is always someone there to help unload the bags from your car. It takes just about a minute or two for them to give u a receipt of what you donated for tax purposes I believe. Located in the same plaza as an optometry center, subway and ross.

This place is great. You pull up into one of the reserved parking spots and the guys inside come out and help you unload your car. On a total side note they keep this place WAY air-​conditioned so stop in on a hot day and donate some stuff.
