Chayuta has been giving lectures at our Israeli senior center for a couple of years about various topics. She is always bringing in new conversation and does a great job of engaging the members. Such an inspiration!

Hayuta is a life saver! I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t have her calm matter of fact energy in my life. She has helped me see clearly through many personal, professional and emotional obstacles. She is a great person to just speak with, as well as, use hypnosis as a tool for self improvement.

I went to Hayuta in hopes that she could help me, after some time, finally let my previous relationship go. I had two sessions and after that time I had to go tend to personal matters out of state. Previously I had found it very difficult to not worry about what could happen or what a particular person was doing while I was gone. However in the short period I had been seeing Hayuta she was able to help me immensely! While gone I found it a million times easier to not worry and if I started to think about it I would use the tools she gave me to redirect myself and drop it. I am so grateful for the help she has given me and how much of a difference there could be on only a few sessions. I highly recommend Hayuta and her services. We brought our daughter in because of a fear of flying. She came in for 3 sessions and we were told that this was enough. I must say I was very skeptical but a few days ago we needed to fly over seas and my daughter flew with no issues at all. After surviving nursing school with an incredible amount of stress and not passing my NCLEX on my first try, I was experiencing severe depression and anxiety. I tried therapy, meds, exercise, etc and NOTHING seemed to help my mood. I went to Good Life hypnotherapy after reading some Unilocal reviews and thought I would give this new method a try.
Everyone thinks hypnotherapy is what you see in the movies or at an entertainment show on stage. I walked into Good Life Academy thinking «I hope I don’t end up like those people on stage who do the chicken dance while they’re hypnotized!» Literally the minute I walked in, all those fears vanished and Hayuta’s presence calmed my nerves. After my first session, I found that I was sleeping better and telling myself to be more positive. After my third session, my panic attacks had completely vanished and I was actually EXCITED for my state board exam.
Finally the day came for my NCLEX exam. I didn’t have to consciously tell myself to take deep breaths and be calm because my body already knew what to do. I walked out of that testing center with the biggest smile on my face because I knew I passed at the minimum amount of questions!!!
One week later I found out that I had passed and was officially a nurse! I can’t thank Hayuta enough for all of her help. She is such a compassionate and soothing person and highly recommend her to anyone that is going through any difficult or stressful situation in their life.

I found a Groupon for Good Life Hypnotherapy and did some research about the company before purchasing it. Part of my research involved emailing Hayuta (the owner) to make sure I was a good fit for her services. I had never done hypnotherapy before and had some trepidation about it– in fact had I not seen the Groupon I would not have even thought to consider this. Hayuta was great at responding to my email and answering my questions. I decided to purchase three sessions with Good Life and I am really glad I did. Hayuta is truly gifted at what she does. She is also into on going education in her field which for me is a good sign– how can some one lead another person on a path of growth if they themselves are not on one.
I really appreciate Hayuta’s multifaceted approach. For example, my first session with her didn’t include hypnosis because we focused on other things. She is a trained transitional coach as well as being hypnotist so she listened to my needs and adjusted accordingly using coaching techniques that helped me. This combination is awesome and exactly what I needed. I understand that this is her process with each client; she adjusts to what they need combining both coaching and hypnosis. I found Hayuta to be a great listener and also very practical. She suggested some good reads for me that I fully intend to utilize for my continued growth.
The hypnosis itself was very relaxing; it just felt like guided mediation. There was nothing weird or hokey about it. Furthermore, I really noticed a positive difference in the weeks that followed my time with her. I have no hesitation in recommending Hayuta and Good Life Hypnotherapy. If you are looking for a transitional coach or want to work on subconscious issues that seem to foil you, this is a GREAT option that I am certain you will not regret. Hayuta offers packages as well that make this service affordable. I will certainly be going back to her in the future. I am so glad I stumbled upon that Groupon! It led me to a great resource!

For the first time in my life I was having anxiety attacks. I couldn’t understand it. I found myself having attacks every few weeks or even every few days. My heart was pounding and it felt like I was dying. I feared this would be the norm for the rest of my life. I started taking prescription medicine for my attacks and I was so frustrated that this was happening to me. My doctor said it was my sympathetic nervous system going haywire (triggering my fight-​or-​flight response). My conscious mind was in the clouds (or somewhere out of the way) and she spoke directly to my subconscious. After it was over I felt strangely the same. At first I thought it didn’t work. I went on with my day and I noticed on excess anxiety. The usual triggers of my anxiety attacks weren’t causing any anxiety. After a few days I had no anxiety attacks. After a few weeks still nothing. Now it’s been almost a year and I’m completely, 100% anxiety attack free. Life is amazing. I am a second year student at Berkeley Law School. As a first year student, I was required to participate in an oral argument as part of my final exam (sort of like mock trial) for one of my classes.
