FANTASTIC PEOPLE AND FANTASTIC RESULTS!!! I just closed two loans with these folks in the past 4-​months and was absolutely amazed by the results. In today’s complex and difficult lending environment, they were able to deliver in a short period of time. The first one was a complicated refinance that two other lenders couldn’t handle and FWL closed in under 30-​days. The second was a jumbo mortgage and they closed in about 40-​days. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I contacted them for a Cash out Refi and they delivered! I tried going straight through the bank and oh boy was that a mistake. The bank was trying to do my loan for 6 months and they kept asking for more documents.
They did my cash out refi in one month. Joe was very honest and knowledgeable about everything. I highly recommend them for all your mortgage needs! They got the BEST rate possible and i know that because i shopped around LOL.

Buying a home is a daunting process. It’s filled with questions. And for me, filled with the fear that I could not survive a mortgage payment, plus insurance, plus property taxes.
Enter Garrett Todd. According to my dear family friend who also happened to be my real estate agent, Lois Gerace, Garrett would be able to put me in a home for a payment that was perfect for my budget. But every time I did the math in my head I simply could not afford the house that Lois and I had found. I was convinced I would be renting again. In fact, I filled out an application for a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in bel air for me and a friend, and started picturing my life there. It felt like the right thing to do because I knew what the rent payment would be each month and it made sense for my budget.
Then I met with Garrett again. He promised me that I could buy the house that Lois and I had zeroed in on, and that my total monthly payment would be close to the Bel Air rent. I was skeptical, but something told me to trust Garrett. And just like that I was withdrawing a ten percent down payment for my new home.
And then came Escrow. New payments and new figures that felt over my head. But again I met with Garrett. He assured me that we were within my budget, and that he had accounted for all the fees coming my way. I again trusted him and moved forward.
Then came the endless loan paperwork. And again I saw numbers and monthly figures and taxes that looked terrifying. I’ll never forget Garrett writing on a piece of paper and sliding it to me while I was shaking and signing sheet after sheet. He had scribbled a note and it simply said «I guarantee you will be OK.» Again I trusted him and finished signing.
I consulted with other lenders about what my monthly payment was supposed to be if I put ten percent down, and none of them were able to get the numbers Garrett did. I told him exactly what I could spend on a down payment, exactly what I could spend for mortgage and insurance and taxes, and exactly what I could spend for closing costs.
Garrett nailed each one of them in the end.
And here I am 5 months later writing this from my office, inside my house. The first house I ever bought. And a house I never could have had without Garrett fighting for me every time I freaked out along the way.

Micheal helped me get my loan in a very short amount of time with the best rate locked in. I got out of my fha loan and into a conventional loan with his help. (i had tried to do this with another broker and citibank but i was unsuccessful.) He was there for me everyday to help me with my questions every step of the way meanwhile he was doing all the work.
