We have had great experience using Dr. AC (Eli and Co.) in the past, and our recent need with dead furnace was no exception. Uncertain what caused a small fire within the 20+ year old furnace replacement was suggested, and seemed the prudent and safe option. They were able to arrange replacement within a week, completing the job in less than a day. Clean remove and replace with no dirt or dammage trail. Very pleasant and professional and they do great work!

Dr. A/​C Eli has been my go-​to A/​C guy for years. My A/​C unit was over 35 years old, and on its last legs. Eli managed to keep it running several years longer than it should have. I went without A/​C through the last heatwave, and I finally knew it was time. There was no one I would have hired but them. They showed up on-​time, and did a great job. They left my home spotless and cool! Eli quoted a price before starting the work, and didn’t charge me one cent more for «extra» charges. My A/​C and heat work great! I have recommended them to all my neighbors and friends. Eli is a class act.

I am a returning customer and I could not be happier with the service Eli and Thomas provided. They serviced two units at my home quickly and efficiently. They handled themselves in a friendly, professional manner and gave me a little lesson on maintaining the units filters, which makes complete sense (I’ll admit it’s something I didn’t think about).

I found Eli through my electrician, Sammy Lev. I needed someone to move my A/​C line so that I could install a door for my daughter’s bedroom. He responded swiftly and did excellent work, even making the line better than it was before, by adding weather-​protecting tape all the way around it. He also was very reasonable in his pricing, and shared with me his wisdom about HVAC along the way. Highly recommended.

Lets start off with Eli being super friendly, And a master in diagnostics/​repairs !
I had a couple of firms in my house, to try to fix a safety switch that was randomly triggered and disabling my HVAC system in the house.
Long story short i’ve spend 3 hours with the other companies and NO solution …
Than Eli came over, and in 5 Min he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in 10 min.
I was really impressed, and to top it off — very reasonable prices.

My roof a/​c heater went out two weeks ago. I had a quote from another company for $ 700 to replace a circuit board. I bought the circuit board online, but couldn’t find an HVAC company who would install a board they hadn’t sold me. A neighbor gave me Eli’s phone number, he immediately answered my call and made an appointment. I used to run a factory with massive HVAC requirements, so I know a little about the subject. Eli Farash is the real deal! He quickly isolated and repaired several problems with the unit, for half of what I had been quoted. He didn’t try to sell me a new unit or a service contract. When it’s time for a new unit, I will trust DR. A/​C.

Eli is a very nice person who does good work. I called and he came right out, right on time. He tried not to charge me but I insisted. Air flow was bad to my kids rooms and Eli adjusted the dampers on the ducting which fixed the issue. Don’t hesitate to call this guy, you won’t be sorry you called!
