In January 2016 There was a change in ownership and management of Citicuts Salon. We are doing a big makeover for a better experience, better services, and of YES better Color, and Texture Services. This is why we renamed this salon Citicuts & Color ! We look forward to making great relationships with with the people we make look exceptionally good.
