Dr. Pedram is just awesome, very friendly and respectable and honest! He is also very knowledgable and knows what he is doing. The office staff is very professional and also very friendly. I love, love, love Castle Dermatology. From the minute you walk in the door, you know you’ve come to the right place. The facility is beautiful, the support staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and the doctors are wonderful and caring. My son sees Dr. Pedram Ghasri, and I see Dr. Peyman Ghasri. I’ve never had to wait to see the doctor (s), no issues with billing, and absolutely no problem getting an appointment. CDI is awesome. If you have any hesitation or doubts, go ahead and make the appointment. You won’t be sorry.

I hate giving company’s poor reviews but I wasted a lot of money coming here with no improvement in my skin. I went about 5 times every 3 weeks and my rash was not getting better. My co-​pay was $ 65 at the time so costs got high quickly plus the prescriptions I kept buying. After expressing frustration to my fiancé, I was recommended to a different doctor (the reason I didn’t originally go there was because he was located in Mid City). I decided to suck up the commute and go and it only took 1 appointment and one prescription to solve my skin issue. It was then I realized the incompetency of Castle Derm. Looking back, it’s as if they were just guessing and trying something and then asking me to come back in 3 weeks to see if worked. Overall, I spent 15 weeks (almost 4 months) with Castle Derm and wasn’t able to find a solution. I’m grateful my issue wasn’t life threatening but I would hate to have my medical issues turn into a guessing game.

I highly recommend Dr. Ghasri & his attentive staff members for any dermatology treatments. I am so happy I came to them to help me with my acne treatment. From the very beginning of my treatment he gave me my options and I am more than content with how my face is turning out, literally I can touch my face and not feel any acne on it which to me is a big deal because I’ve dealt with it since middle school. So I would definitely trust Dr. Ghasri ! Thank you so much!

I was referred to Dr Peyman Ghasiri for a few spot I had on my back and neck, I was worried about what they were. After a short wait time the Dr came and saw me, checked the spots and explained that I had noting to worry about. I will get another appointment to remove the two spots later this month. If you are looking for a honest, knowledgeable and caring dermatologist, I would recommend Dr Peyman. He is the best!

I’d like to start off by saying that I’ve been to dermatologists in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West Hills– all over Los Angeles and I can say Dr. Pedram Ghasri at Castle Dermatology in Tarzana is by far the best experience I’ve had.
His staff is friendly and the wait time was non existent. Dr. Ghasri painlessly froze off multiple moles and dark spots in minutes! He also got rid of unattractive red veins around my nose and cheeks. All under an hour! Dr. Ghasri is efficient but not once did I feel rushed. He is very attentive, kind, and super professional.

This is an update to my last review… I went for a mole removal, and one of the moles didn’t get removed all the way. I didn’t call back because I didn’t think that anything would be done. However, Dr. Ghasri himself contacted me and asked me to come back, so he can see what happened. He retouched the same mole for free and now it is gone! Moreover, he explained to me that I guess the moles I had were really pigmented, so I learned something new as well. I also removed another mole by him that had to be cut out (along with other 2), as I felt extremely comfortable with him. I waited a little longer to see how it healed and it has been healing great, left only a line (as the doctor warned me about), and I am now extremely happy with results. Something else to note… When I mentioned that I really cannot wait too long, I was scheduled at a time that I really didn’t wait AT ALL! :) Also, I just have so much respect for Dr. Ghasri’s bedside manners… He is an amazing and a truly caring doctor. The fact that he contacted me to make sure everything went well and that I was happy with their service tells me a lot about the enormous quality of his place and himself as a doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Peyman Ghasri and Castle Dermatology. My wife and I recently went to him for full-​body mole checks. His staff was professional, and he was very oersonable.
Dr. Ghasri ended up removing two moles for each of us. The testing came back that one of mine needed a larger section removed. During the first mole removal, I fainted — nothing uncommon for me. On my return visit for the procedure, Dr. Ghasri and his staff treated me with extreme care, making the entire process seamless and easy — not only did he have cookies on hand for my blood sugar but he gave me a few well deserved ribs.
Great guy. Great Doctor. Great staff. I look forward to trusting him with this aspect of my health in the future.

The doctor and now doctors are both knowledgable, skillful and extremely caring. I having been going to Castle Dermatology since its inception and it has always been top notch.
The staff is also helpful and understanding. The office is as State of the Art as the doctors.

I was referred to Castle Dermatology by my medical doctor. Not a fan of doctors, but my skin was in desperate need of something. Surprisingly, I love coming here, the staff is amazingly friendly, the wait is always short. Last time I went, I was an hour early and was seen in 10 minutes (you never know how the 101 frwy will be). My skin has cleared up with their expertise and I am happy. Last time I left I was notified that the prescription that was ordered was not covered by my insurance and that issue was cleared up before I even got off the freeway. I will never trust my skin to another facility. Thanks Dr. Gashri and Staff!!!

I just recently moved to the valley for a new job and I needed to find a well respected dermatologist in the area. I met a couple of my neighbors and asked about some of the preferred local doctors in the area for different specialties. Dr. Ghasri was mentioned by each and every person I asked! That goes to show something if everybody recommends the same Dermatologist without any hesitation.
It was completely easy to book an appointment. I came in 10 minutes before my appointment and was greeted by polite young ladies. I was seen on time by Dr. Ghasri and he was very knowledgeable and helpful to my skin condition. Plus he has a great personality! He prescribed my meds and I received them in the mail the next day. I’m very IMPRESSED & he is my new go-​to Dermatologist. I plan on recommending him to everyone and anyone. Thank you Dr. Ghasri!

Can’t be anymore satisfied with the work and beside manner I received from Dr. Ghasri and Dr. Pedram! I’ve finally convinced myself to get some fillers done but was worried that I would look overdone and obvious. I had a couple girlfriends that are current patients of this practice so I knew that I would be in good hands — since they looked exceptional!
I had a couple areas of concern and Dr. Ghasri did a wonderful job explaining which fillers would work best for my face. He isn’t heavy handed at all and knew exactly what to do to accentuate my features. I am so so happy! It looks so natural!
I went back in for a second time to get some medication for my temperamental acne. Dr. Pedram was available to prescribe an antibiotic and topical. I’m beginning to see my face clear!
Thank you thank you to the doctors and staff of Castle Dermatology. You can’t go wrong here!

Dr. Ghasri is a consummate professional and an amazing dermatologist! He clearly explains things and listens to the patient, not always easy to find in the medical profession. My skin issues were quickly resolved and he accurately diagnosed me from the get go. His practice is housed in a beautiful building with plenty of parking and is centrally located, when you add it all up you have an wonderful experience. I have been coming to Dr Ghasri for 4 years now (see my other reviews under his name)
Today I came in for botox around the sides of my eyes, as well as between the brows.
I haven’t had any treatments since Feb, so I was in dire need.
As usual, Dr Ghasri is so gentle you do not even feel the injections. he takes his time to make sure you are happy, and addresses all my concerns. I came at lunch time, and was in and out in about 30 minutes, perfect! I have also had my skin cancer treated by him, and recently finished using Aldara cream. He gave the me the OK that it is gone! so happy!
You will not find a better and more caring dermatologist around, and I have been to several!

I cannot be more satisfied with the level of professionalism that the Doctors here hold themselves to. I was recommended a product called the green tea wash by the staff, and as a result my face looks great. Ok so first impression when u walk in is WoW, very clean and modern office, it’s like a 5 star hotel, staff was really friendly and instructions were clear on what I needed to do when I got there, u get the the sense of being welcomed which is hard to find these days, so there are 2 doctors there, i saw Dr Pedram Ghasri, he seemed more like friend than an official doctor which eases the process of being at a dermatologist, let’s face it, no one wants to go to a dermatologist for their acne because it could be an embarrassing experience, but he made it so smooth and simple and knew what he was talking about which is the key here to being treated properly, i feel confident that his solution will work and I will most definitely recommend ally friends and family for any dermatology needs, highly recommended Doctor and facility!

The lips are done and I couldn’t be happier! The doc is an absolute artist with a needle and his numbing cream rocks! It was relatively pain-​free and I am super happy with the results.
He took his time to get the results exactly right and I was still in and out of the office in under an hour.
I think I found a new dermatology home! I’m going to invite all of my family friends and Heck even people off the street because these guys are just that good! They look so natural!

The good: beautiful office with Saturday hours available
The bad:
— I was quoted $ 350 over the phone for the services but was told $ 500 by the Doctor
— the room was SO hot, turn on the air!
— the DR left to attend to another patient without telling me what was happening so I sat in the hot room for 10 minutes in between treatment just thinking WTF
— I spent $ 250 to have broken capillaries removed so my skin looks better before my wedding. My skin looks the same.
— I spent more money having growths removed from my face, for the most part I’m pleased but some have still not healed and it’s ten days later.
Make sure you know what you are paying before you go and what to expect! I’m sad my face looks like this for my big day.
IM GOING BACK FOR A FOLLOW UP, I will change my review if my results improve.
