We specialize in FUN, Safe, effective and did I mention FUN workouts? Leslie Maltz, NASM CPT, has been teaching BYBC since 2003, with a focus on stability, strength, coordination, agility and speed. Over the last two years, her focus has shifted to working with smaller groups and with people over 35, who require more attention to balance and corrective exercise.

Established in 2005.
Backyard Bootcamp has been the longest running outdoor Adventure and Fitness program in the San Fernando Valley since it began in 2005. As fitness evolves, so has BYBC, with going indoors for several years and now being revived for the over 40 crowd in Tarzana. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Expert and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and has helped thousands of people, including many celebrities, improve their overall health and physique.
