As for the cat down below saying it is expensive for their taste… Ya get what ya pay for. The portion size is stupid huge. The food is flippin awesome! This is «The Place» to go for lunch.

I had a decent sandwich here, but it was pretty expensive. Bought lunch for myself and a friend and spent over $ 30 on 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips. That’s a bit much for my taste.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had and the owner seems like a great guy. If I’m ever in the area again I will for sure go here multiple times. Thank you.

The bomb dot Com. Get the T town w house potato salad. Sandwiches are huge. Also, they’re really hig.

Always great food, creative menu and the staff gives the place a local down home feel

I decided to swing in The Place to grab to go coffee. I have to say, I could smell the sandwiches before I even got to the door and they smelled amazing. My mouth was watering. The coffee is Lavazza brand and the order taker brewed me a fresh pot just because. The coffee was excellent and she even offered to fix it the way I like it. I can’t wait to go back for lunch to update my review.
One awesome perk is that they deliver orders of $ 20 or more and offer catering services.

Very salty Cuban. Only took a couple bites, then had to throw out. The chicken salad has bleu cheese or Gorgonzola and they fail to mention that, nor is it on the menu. Before ordering, I asked the girl at the desk if the chicken salad was tasty, and she said «it’s the best» but never mentioned anything about the addition of the cheese. I even asked if cheese came on the sandwich because I didn’t want any. I would’ve thought she’d mention it at that point? Would never have thought to ask if it contained bleu cheese, as it’s such an odd ingredient to add to standard chicken salad. Too bad I’m allergic, and the sandwich couldn’t be eaten. Luckily we had leftovers in the fridge to eat, because this whole meal went into the garbage. We were excited to try this place. Perhaps an off day. $ 22 down the tubes.

I don’t think that I have ever seen a business with all 5 star reviews before, so when I saw this I had to try The Place. We are in Tarpon Springs for a week and have already been here twice. It really is that good.

I have not tried this place as of yet — but plan to.
However, one day last week, on the way to see my Step-​Dad at the hospital in Tarpon Springs, I noticed my radiator temperature guage had gone all the way to ‘H’ ! I pulled over and went into ‘The Place’ to purchase six bottles of water to put in my radiator. The owner said «He wouldn’t sell me water to put in my radiator». He then proceeded to give me containers of water.
What a really nice guy !! You certainly don’t come across kindness anymore ! Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. I would like to mention this as the character of this business owner needs to be recognized!

They ight. They sell various deli items and coffee. The guy could use a shower and an attitude change.

Yummy! Excellent potato salad and the atmosphere was very enjoyable! Service was impeccable! Highly recommend!

I had their breakfast bowl which was very good. Loved their coffee also. Friendly staff. No cons to report. Their breakfast menu is very small but interesting so I don’t consider that a negative. :)

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Got the Italian Cuban and was stuffed. Great potato salad and service was quick and very polite. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good sandwhich. Looks like it’s family owned as well which is always a plus.

While traveling through Tarpon Springs we decided to grab a bite to eat for a late lunch. I saw The Place, pulled over and we walked in, skeptical of it because at the time, no one was there. Clean, nice, and small — we decided to go in.
To our surprise, we stumbled upon a treasure of a sandwich shop! Friendly family-​like service and HUGE sandwiches! The Guy told us that the sandwiches were big and I am a big man, but I could only eat half. I had the «Willie» and it was phenomenal! I would have to say that it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had!

Every once in a while you find a place where everything just lines up and you end up having a phenomenal experience. The Place is that place.
Staff is incredible. They were fast, knowledgable, friendly, and made us feel like family. They helped with our kids, brought free chocolate covered pretzels out to us, and made us laugh our butts off. The owner came out and was hammin it up with the customers too which you just love to see.
Then the food blew our minds. I got the blue thing. Succulent, juicy meet. Fresh, flaky bread. Thing fed my wife and I no problem. Fresh homemade potato and macaroni salad were just icing on the cake.
Kids got the grilled cheese. No complaints there.
Rarely does a place warrant 5 stars, but… The Place does.

Amazing sandwiches and roasted potatoes with feta are a must have. My husband and I got roasted beef with a plenty leftover for dinner.

The rare roast beef is awesome, potatoes side and the mini sub and soup is a deal when you compare price to quality. I saw the owner just beat himself to death because he forgot to put a condiment on a sandwich, it’s nice to see that much effort to be perfect.

Where’d we go to lunch? The Place. Who cooked our food? The Guy. What did I get? The Thing.
That would be the most ambiguously unambiguous review, if only it was true. The only part that was a lie was that I didn’t get The Thing, though it tempted me. Instead, I opted for The Professor’s Cuban. I regret nothing.
This is a magnificent little sandwich shop that did everything right. My son and I were headed to the Replay Amusement Museum nearby and wanted a bite to eat first. Naturally, I saw the 5-​star-​average Unilocal review and had to check its legitimacy.
It’s legit. Too legit, in fact, to quit. The young lady working as a server was outgoing and helpful. She made some recommendations, asked if it was our first time, and attended to all our needs. The Guy came out of the kitchen after we ate to see how we liked the sandwiches. We loved them.
The portions are huge, the side orders delicious. and the entire experience was spectacular. Give it a shot! Bonus for Free Wi-​Fi.

I have been there two times so far everything has been very tasty, fresh, and the portions are more than enough, they have some unusual items that are quite tasty, «The Breakfast Thing» is one of them.
