History
Established in 1940.
In 1940 Tarpon Springs was a bustling town of fisherman, sponge divers, and tourists. Paul, the original owner, had an arrangement with the local fisherman. They would bring him their fresh catches of the day and he would give them all the beer they could drink. This relationship built the foundation of Paul’s Shrimp.
