Wonderful company, fast, responsive, quoted me a price and stuck to that price, moved an air duct In my office quickly and efficiently, would not hesitate to use again, I have referred to clients and all have been very satisfied, if you use them I am sure you will be too!

Worst experience every. The tech came out for a pre summer checkup. I have a two year old systems and having no problems just wanted to make sure the lines were flushed and had Freon. The tech spent twenty minutes checking system and sat on me couch talking for another twenty. Finally got him to leave. About two weeks went by and my air stopped working it was at around eight at night had no choice but to call them. I have severe asthma and have to have air. While we were waiting I was having issues so my son went out to look at system he saw a note on system to flush this pipe with bleach. He filled up a cup with hot water and bleach and put it down the pipe air went right on. The line was never flushed on the first visit. I called to cancel service call but tech was already here. I tried to explained to the person on the phone the reason why the air stopped worked I asked since tech was here did he want to flush line since they should have done that on the first service. He proceeded to scream at me and stated they were not out here a routine visit it was for a problem. I could not believe how he was treating me I hung up the phone. As the service man was leaving he left his radio on and we heard the man I just talked to scream out to leave fast I was crazy to try to pull something over on them. I have never in my life been treated like this or talked to like that. I am a very honest person and I don’t scam people. I was shaking after this event. They should not be in business

Service call was handled very professionally. The tech was polite, fast, and went above/​beyond to help me install a new Nest themostat.

Tech came to fix AC but was pushing more to replace the unit. he sold me protection and never came back to replace part he promised after selling plan. Would not recomend this company to anyone they just care about money not the customers.

One Hour AC&H did a great job on my central HVAC. Great value for the money, very throuough and very competant. I highly recommend them if you have any HVAC repair or installation needs.

This is a great company. Their response time and professionalism is top notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are quick to respond. I moved into a new house and the A/​C wasn’t working. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time. Thanks One Hour Air!!!

I have been impressed with their integrity & professionalism. They were out several times over the years to repair a faulty system/​install done by another company and were always honest and upfront about my options. We’ve used their regular maintenance plan for our old home, and now our new one. The technicians are always on time, always knowledgeable, professional, neat (clean up after themselves and wear booties through the house), and always spend the time to make sure I understand what is going on with the system and how I can best take care of it.

We are extremely disappointed by the professionalism and honesty of this company. In summary he tried to charge us for a circuit board that was faulty and told us that there was a problem with the wiring somewhere in the house. After more then 4 hours of troubleshooting and two hours waiting for a part, he gave us 3 options. He told us that he could bypass some part and get the AC working but it could cause a problem later. He said that the heating system was functioning and he could remove those wires and use them for the AC but then he would have to come back another time and fix the heating system. And then he said that we would need to rewire the whole house because there is a short somewhere in the house. He then took pictures of our house and was preparing to leave. Jerry rigging the AC unit was not an option. Since he was not able to fix the AC we felt that we should not have to pay for the service. They wanted to bill us for the circuit board ($ 400) and for the diagnostic service ($ 69) and the AC still did not work. We were obviously upset and the technician called his supervisor. We spoke with the supervisor and he agreed to only charge us for the diagnostics and he would take back the circuit board. The supervisor told us that his technician has 20 years experience in the field and he trusts him. Basically they charged us $ 69 to tell us that there is a problem with the wiring somewhere in the house. The supervisor then called the technician and not only explained the situation to him but I also heard him talking trash about us over the phone. This is one of the main reasons why I am writing this review. Do not blame us for the short comings of your technician. The technician closed up the AC unit, took his circuit board and left.
We then called Cornerstone Air Heating and AC. Their technician showed up in about 45 minutes and was very professional. In summery, this 23 year old kid, with less then 5 years experience was able to identify the problem, fix the problem and also fix the electrical problem that was caused by the One Hour AC technician in less then an hour. The Cornerstone AC Tech found a short in the wire located in the fan unit and also had to fix the wires in the thermostat that was messed up by the One Hour AC Tech. Unfortunately we had to pay for the minor wiring repair that was caused by the One Hour AC Tech. And the circuit board that One Hour AC told us was faulty was working fine.
Not only did One Hour AC waste 6 hours of our time but they tried to sell us a part that we did not need, caused an additional wiring problem in the thermostat unit, offered to jerry rig the AC system, tried to sell us a whole house rewire and then talked trash about us. Because of their inability to solve the AC problem, it cost us the $ 69 diagnose fee from them and then nearly $ 200 from Cornerstone to fix the wiring problem that was caused by the One Hour technician. The One Hour AC Tech has 20 years experience and could not fix the problem in 6 hours. The Cornerstone AC Tech was able to fix the problem in about an hour and also fix the problem caused by One Hour AC.
I normally do not judge an entire company by the actions of one or even two employees but the dishonesty of the technician and hearing the supervisor talk trash about us is unacceptable. I would not recommend using this company. In my experience they were dishonest, incompetent and unprofessional.
