I’m only giving 4 stars because I didn’t get any work done here. I just want to say that Barbara Frangos is awesome. I wanted laser hair removal and I’m very dark skinned. She was honest enough to tell me that her current laser may not give me the results I wanted AND she told me where to go to have it done instead. So she’s ethical and not just about making money like some other places that will tell you what you want to hear and give bad results. Someone like Barbara is who I’d want to work on my skin. Thanks :-)

I can’t say enough good things about Barbara! I am having 6 tattoos removed, and after doing consultations at several places, I chose Laser Spa of Tampa Bay.
My first appointment I was incredibly nervous. The consultation was free and Barbara was very realistic with me about treatment and what to expect. I have tattoos with blue and green which is the hardest to remove. She didn’t try to jack up the price because of this, as other places did. I found her to be very reasonable, even with the massive size and number of tattoos I was having removed.
After the first treatment, I noticed a difference. I’m on my last two treatments now (my first with the newest laser, PicoSure) and several tattoos are already completely removed and my last treatment significantly removed the blues and greens in my tattoo largest tattoos. It isn’t a slow or pain free process by any means, but it is definitely worth it.
I had a friend that went to someone else in south Tampa, and they were charged outrageous prices and they have horrible scars. I have had absolutely no scarring or pigment change. I have referred several of my friends and family here, and they have all been very pleased with the results.
