The work was good but a lot of confusion about prices. He quoted me $ 40 each to paint and hang 4 2nd floor shutters, which I wrote on the back of his business card. I bought new vinyl shutters which did not need painting. After hanging them, he gave me a bill of $ 280. A huge change, especially since he didn’t even have to paint them. Good work but I suggest getting a written quote!
