Artistic Cuts Salon&Spa

Lynn is an honest woman and has mostly all great reviews, my name is Chrissy and I had a hair appointment the afternoon that she got the bad review. As I walked in her salon, I saw a short woman walking up to the checkout desk as if she were going to pay her bill. Then she held her phone up to her head, mumbled something and shot out the door. I then saw Lynn’s face expression and asked her if the lady paid her. She said no but it’s ok, let her go. I saw the lady hesitate to get in her car and I waited until she unlocked her car to get her licience plate number. Lynn didn’t ask me to, I took it upon myself to do this. When the lady saw this, she panicked, she didn’t know what to do, so she slowly backed up and I told her that the cops were coming to her house which would be imbarrassing, so she decided to come back in, no other choice for her. She was so ridden with guilt that she couldn’t look me in the eye she just rambled on how she used a groupon to pay for it. Lynn doesn’t take groupons on Saturdays, and told her this on the phone. So, Lynn being the kind heart she is told her to go. I being the person that doesn’t like to see anyone get ripped off, told her not to come back. Be it she got away shorting Lynn 50% of what she owed her, I told her do not come back. Her face is still ugly, but her hair looked great. Glad I was there to help Lynn.

The owner is completely clueless. She is nice enough at first but has no idea how to run a business. She also treats her staff like crap. There is a high turn over rate so there is never a guarantee you will get the same stylist. Prices change on a whim too.
