History

Established in 2011.

Mother-​daughter team Ashley and Julie Cloutman have a passion for fiber and antiques. After both woman worked in a Taos gallery for years and noticed there was a need for regular fiber classes, and a need for affordable art they broke out and started their own gallery to bring art, antiques and classes to the public for affordable prices!

Growing up with both parents being artist, Ashley always looked at the world a little differently than everyone else. But it wasn’t until last year that she fell in love with fiber arts. Never much of a drawer, she feels she can really express the images she wants in wet and needle felt. Although Ashley, and her Mom, Julie’s finished work looks very different, they do share a lot of similar ideas and bounce ideas off of each other in the studio.
