Pearl Mountain Juice Company & Caffe

Looking for an organic, green juice/​smoothie in Taos, local friends and acquaintances recommended Pearl Mountain. A few weeks ago I stopped by and met Elizabeth Mabry, owner and chef, who is committed to providing nutritious, organic smoothies and juices. Unfortunately she was out of most greens that day so I had a wheatgrass instead! The following week I enjoyed an excellent greens smoothie with kale, avocado and other veggies. Very tasty!!! Next time I’m in Taos I will certainly stop by. Elizabeth also offers cheesecake and is planning to serve vegan, gluten free, organic pizzas. Most importantly, the foundation for her business is based upon her perspective on optimal nutrition and natural healing.
