In the past 60 days, we have experienced numerous outages per week. When we call during these outages, an automated message says «The number you are calling has been changed, disconnected or is no longer in service…» Our internet speeds are way below what we’re paying for most of the time now. It’s not uncommon for the «Ping» (latency in MS) to be around 500, 65 is great, download below 2MBS and upload below 1MBS. Our best guess is there are too many subscribers on certain access points or their equipment needs updating. We have addressed this issue with the Taos News and their response was «We are getting a lot of complaints lately with Kit Carson Telecom, similar to yours».
