History

Established in 1995.

Dreamcatcher Real Estate and Building Services were established by Pavel Lukes Broker/​Owner. Born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, Pavel began his Real Estate and building career 36 years ago in Michigan, where he built more than 250 custom homes near Ann Arbor and Detroit. In Southern California, he was employed by J.M. Peters Company, a prestigious Newport Beach-​based residential developer. Pavel’s extensive knowledge and experience provide a solid foundation for Dreamcatcher Real Estate Companies and Dreamcatcher Building Services, Inc. His expertise, coupled with a creative vision of Taos’s future, became the driving force behind Pueblo de los Sueños (Pueblo of Dreams), a completed and sold out condominium project on Kit Carson Road.
