Molly’s Crêpe Escape, an on-​slope mountain take-​out restaurant and catering food truck, specializes in homemade crepes for the veggie, meat, and sweet lover. Each day we serve hand crafted crepes using our homemade batter topped with the freshest ingredients. Our menu includes savory meat and vegetable crepes as well as sweet dessert crepes that will satisfy all tastes and appetites. We also have a complete selection of hot and cold beverages. Our goal is to provide you a delicious meal as quickly as possible so that you can have an epic day!

History

Established in 2008.

Molly’s Crêpe Escape, an on-​slope mountain take-​out restaurant and catering food truck, has been serving fresh, made-​to-​order Savory and Sweet CREPES in the Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico, Colorado, and throughout the Southwest since 2008. During the winter ski season, from Thanksgiving to April, we serve hungry skiers and riders on the slopes of the Taos Ski Valley at the base of lift six. During the summer months, we are on the road in our catering food truck at art, music, and community festivals in New Mexico and Colorado. We also cater events year-​round!
