Kandahar Condominiums

We chose to stay at The Kandahar because they had the nicest rooms for a family with all the features we were looking for — affordability, ski-​in/​ski-​out, WiFi, full kitchen. The staff were fantastic and helped us out when we had a scheduling debacle where we thought we had an extra day (totally my fault), but they worked with us and got us sorted for another condo so we could maximize our vacation experience. I have never had a chain hotel go out of their way to be so accommodating. I loved everything about this vacation — we were trying out skiing for the first time as a family with 2 teenagers. The ski valley is fantastic and affordable and the Kandahar was a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be coming back!

#15 is Awesome! It has all the comforts of home and more! 2 Bedrooms and full bath are downstairs – sleeps 6 + 2 more can sleep on the couch upstairs (with full bath). Kitchen is fully stocked so I had everything needed to prepare meals. Just had to shop in the town of Taos for food before arriving. Felt like staying in someone’s home with great family photos around. We could start skiing right from the condo which has now spoiled me! Can’t wait for our next time here. We will ask for #15 again!
