VIP Valet and Limousine

I just got off the phone with the owner of VIP Limo to discuss the fact that his driver bated me into paying an additional gratuity for the limo services provided on Wednesday night. I was told the gratuity was included at the time the service was booked and then told by the driver the gratuity was not included. To make sure the driver did not go without a gratuity I tipped him that night and called the owner if VIP this morning to work this out. What I was confronted with was an angry belligerent attack. The owner cursed at me and told me that I was being cheap for not tipping extra. The bottom line is the driver lied so he could make an extra gratuity and in my opinion acted in an unprofessional manner. I have never been attacked, screamed at, or cursed at by a service provider like this ever. I wish I had looked further into this company before doing business with them. Cheaper is not always better. The worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

VIP Limousine was one of the best Limousine services in Tampa. Awesome to work.

So we rented an eight person limo this memorial weekend for a two day music fest.
The first day out driver Juan was on time picking us up at home. The pick up that night was about 20 minutes late. We got home at 1:30 that night and right after the limo left two of us realized we left our phones in the limo. We pulled them up on the find my iphone app and saw them leaving our neighborhood. We immediately called the office number (we did not have Juans number as it was in the missing phones) Someone answered, screamed it was VIP Limos and why are we calling at 2 am followed by a bunch of swear words.
Fast forward to the next morning — last know location of the phones before they died was near the limo location. No one can tell us where the phones are. Juan said someone else at VIP cleans the limos. It couldn’t have happened last night because this morning while searching the limo for our phones a cockroach crawled out from the seats. Needless to say we will be using them for our ride home tonight because we already paid but I’m sure we will be making a police report for stolen property.
