Victorian Village

UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE customer service. Theres a ton of shops very similar to this one. The Green Boutique being one of them. I would HIGHLY suggest you not give this place your money and give it to a place that values its customers. A friend and I were going to be spending quite a few bucks in VV on their Alex and Ani bracelets and the woman that was helping was rude as rude can be… To the point where we told her we were not purchasing anything from her and left. This has been a pattern at this place. Every time I have gone to this place there is some incompetent, rude worker in there. This was just the last straw here. Ill get my boutique jewelry from Nordstroms or the Green Boutique and I suggest you all do the same. Dont give business to a company that is not appreciative and does not deserve it. Thank you VV for yet again wasting my time. I wonder how many customers you lose weekly.

This place is really amazing… They have a gift for almost anyone in your list… It’s pretty much a one stop shop and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful! Sharon is an expert with the department 56 villages (especially Halloween) and they offer great tips for staging your own villages! Be sure to sign up for their points card and collect the pink stamps!

The store is near other shops.

Good quality on most items
They have shopping baskets
High end names in some sections
Cons:
Pricey!
Overall: Some items are unreasonable with price but they are a store that is worth checking out. I took care of a few people on my holiday shopping list. Returnable? On occasions but not all the time.

I know this place is like, a Temple Terrace institution and our near-​ancient citizens love it, but I’m not sure why.
Every time I have been in this store the employees have been either rude or stuffy and provided poor customer service. Maybe I’m not their «typical» patron or I don’t look rich enough. I’d prefer to take my business elsewhere. Plus, you can buy the brands they carry for cheaper elsewhere.

I go to Victorian Village every year for Christmas shopping. They have such an impressive array of Vera Bradley goodness that it just makes my shopping life that much easier. Staff is always very friendly and willing to box up any item you purchase.
