In 1994 the Law Offices of Victor A. Martinez was established as a law firm with the intention of providing our clients with competent and highly personalized legal representation. Today, our law office represents individuals, families, and businesses located throughout Tampa Bay Florida.

Mr Martinez graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Management Information Systems. He later attended Oklahoma City University School of Law (OCU), was active in student government, and graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree. It has been over twenty years since Mr Martinez passed the Florida Bar Exams and put his hand on the Bible to accept the Attorney Oath of Admission to the Florida Bar as a new Attorney. Mr Martinez is licensed by the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida, US District Court Northern District of Florida, US District Court Middle District of Florida, US District Court Southern District of Florida, US Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Florida, US Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida, and US Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Florida.
