Two Maids & A Mop opened its doors for business in 2003. We currently provide nearly 10,000 cleanings per year for residents throughout the Tampa, FL area.

I ask that you review the reviews that Unilocal does not recommend and then make your opinion whether to give them a chance to clean your home. Also, I would ask you to google Unilocal in France… that is if their poor reviews are still allowed on France internet.
As far as two maids etc goes, Unilocal expects ownership to pay for good reviews! I figure that would be the last thing Two Maids should do.
This review should be of Unilocal and my review of Unilocal is it’s all BS and not much more. In my world we call Unilocal a group of WHORES.

Want to say thank you to Two Maids and a Mop for coming back out to our condo (move-​in cleaning job) after the first cleaning wasn’t so thorough.
Timothy (tim) made sure it was right and Petra and Ashley came out, we’re so nice and helpful… And thorough! Thanks for the good service.

Did not complete job as requested. Scheduler mislead as to what would be done. Manager was rude when I thought they would try to rectify the situation. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. Would not recommend.

These folks came into our home and did a fantastic job. On their most recent visit we forgot to remind them not to clean my 17 year old son’s room. We usually keep the door closed because that is a battle I don’t want to fight. When we returned home from work we found the everything had been cleaned, including my son’s room. I was delighted they had done it but upon seeing it the first thing out of my mouth was «oh no. Those poor ladies. I can only imagine what they found». Thanks for going above and beyond.

I have been using Two Maids and a Mop for a few months now. They come 2 times a month and I alternate from a deep cleaning to touch up. I have to say, I did have a bumpy start with a couple of teams but now am VERY happy with the my current team and the results. Whenever I have an issue, the manager is very responsive, professional and quick to provide an acceptable solution. I am very pleased with how my house looks and smells when they are finished, and I am a very picky client. They are always on time, work quietly (I work from home and often forget they are there) and are very personable.
I would recommend them to anyone needing help with cleaning and don’t want a person hanging around all day.

Great cleaning company. New to the area, and lazy as can be (When it comes to housework). I work alot, and prefer a clean home. They are fast and thorough. I have a small apt and a dog. They come in on a bi-​weekly basis and keep my place looking brand new. I have given them quite a bit of business when people come and mention how clean my place is. I’m hoping this will help me get a new GF soon!

I use the service on a recurring basis and then they’ve been great for me. I use them on a monthly basis on the last Friday of every month. The price is $ 103 and they do a premium service where they even change my bed linens. The manager of the office always answers my questions and if I have any issues they come out and fix it right away. I appreciate all their help.

Very thorough job, and they got through everything requested and still had time left over to do a few extra little things! They even cleaned my sink full of dishes. The two maids were nice, respectful and asked a lot of questions to make sure everything was right. But perhaps the best part was that twice now, I have called to request same day service, and both times they have made it happen! It has been very pleasant dealing everybody here, especially Wes on the phone.

I was so excited after learning of all the cleaning services offered, but extremely disappointed on both occasions. Floors were dirty (husband said he watched them being «cleaned» with a spray bottle and Swiffer). Blinds, fans and window sills were not dusted. Dust was left in corners and along floorboards (no broom was ever used). Greasy substance was sprayed on stainless appliances to clean, which worked well, but substance was left on kitchen floor afterwards and tracked through home. Over half the time spent cleaning the home was on vacuuming the upstairs loft and 2 bedrooms, which see very little traffic and weren’t dirty. Bathrooms were left dirty. Contacted owner regarding the poor cleaning and was told that sometimes homes are so dirty they need a deep cleaning– fell for that, spending $ 400, and house wasn’t any cleaner after the deep clean. Total waste of time and $ 600 for both services. I strongly recommend you hire a company that actually DOES what they advertise.
