Unilocal illegally removed my complaint saying that I worked for this company!!! They are wrong!
I felt compelled to write a review, which I normally don’t do when I company stinks this bad. I worked with this company for close to 2 years. Unfortunately, SEO optimizing isn’t my field and I got taken for a lot of $$. I hired another company to research the work they are doing for me and create a report. The report found They did such sloppy work on my main website and didn’t even bother to do some of the basics. They charged me another grand to build a website, that wasn’t worth $ 20.00. The website had tons of links that went nowhere! They didn’t even redirect my other url’s to my main website. There was also pig Latin on my blog! Then the owner john continued to go on and on about what they did for me, totally missing the fact that the work they did do was amateur and sloppy at best. He continued to NOT take responsibility for the mistakes and sloppy work. BE warned, don’t get swindled by these guys!

These guys rock. I’ve worked with them on multiple items, and trust both their artistic creativity and ability to execute. They are good at working within a timeline and easy to communicate ideas with. They’ve created a company website for me, they came out and shot photography when we had none, they even got someone to come in and shoot a corporate video for us. I was working at a company that had been using some of the same marketing materials for as long as 10 years, and with Tranquil Blue we were able to build everything anew from the ground up. I had one point of contact for all my media needs. What more could you want?

I have been working with Tranquil Blue for 2 years now and they have been nothing short of amazing. For my website, they went above and beyond to fulfill what my vision was. Over the past years, my business has seen a big increase in sales due to Tranquil Blue. They are a team that is always there for me when I need help, whether it’s suggesting, creating, and implementing new ideas. If we ever run into struggles, TB finds a solution. I want to personally thank John, Ryan and Haley for putting in so much work for us.
