History
Established in 1962.
Theochem was founded in 1962 by Speros P. Theofilos, who believed in the American dream and the future of custom packaging and the private labeling of quality cleaning and sanitary maintenance products. What originally started in a 1000Sq.Ft. building In Ybor City, Florida, grew ten fold within a few short years followed by numerous acquisitions. These early acquisitions not only created the foundation for our current product groups, but also positioned the company for years of innovative and profitable growth designed to make our maintenance programs efficient, cost effective and in total compliance.
Theochem Today…
Today, Theochem Laboratories is a vertically integrated company in North Tampa which houses our corporate office, a state-of-the-art liquid and powder manufacturing plant, modern chemical laboratory, an in-house graphic arts and printing department plus a well equipped product testing and training facility.
