Most clients prefer to resolve the charges against them without a trial. If that is your preference, I will work to achieve the best possible result for you. After I evaluate the case against you, I will let you know the best possible disposition we can negotiate with the prosecutor as well as your chances of success at trial. We will sit down and discuss your options so that you can make an informed decision on how to resolve the charges against you. In addition, I will keep you informed of the status of your case as it progresses to assure you understand what is occurring.

You will always speak directly with me and I will attend every court hearing. Your case will have my full attention and will never be passed down to a less experienced attorney. Client contact is a priority for my firm. If I am not immediately available, I strive to return calls on the same day. I schedule appointments at your convenience. Our first meeting is free. History

Established in 1998.

Since 1994, I have been involved in criminal justice in Pinellas County, Florida, and the Tampa Bay region. During that time, I have been both a prosecutor and, since 1998, a criminal law attorney for clients facing Florida DUI charges, drug possession charges, robbery or burglary charges, rape or sexual assault charges, domestic battery charges, or juvenile offenses.
