T & T Auto Upholstery

They replaced the headliner in my Volvo. However, after picking up the car the interior ceiling lights stayed on while driving — they are not supposed to and have never done that in the past. I messed with all the dash settings trying to see if a knob got turned or something while they were working on the car — nothing helped. I also checked the owners manual and couldn’t figure it out. I took the car back to T & T so they could correct the problem they had obviously caused during the headliner replacement. They admitted they had no idea how to fix it and their solution was to remove all the bulbs from the interior lights. That is not an acceptable solution in my opinion. A few days after they removed the bulbs all of the interior light fixtures fell from my ceiling while I was driving. This has been a huge hassle and I now have to take my car somewhere else to have the problem T & T caused fixed PROPERLY. I wish I had never used T & T to replace my headliner.
