Star Point Counseling Center is a Mental Health Counseling Center in the extended Tampa Bay, Brandon, New Tampa, Plant City and Riverview areas. We provide solution-​focused counseling for stress, job stress, anxiety, marriage counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, feelings of being overwhelmed, symptom management, domestic violence, grief and loss, complications before and after pregnancy, separation and divorce, and any other issues you may have in your life.

History

Established in 2011.

Sam DiFranco and Clarissa Crystal-​Belle, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), have worked together for a number of years. With Sam’s background in business management and Clarissa’s extensive experience and knowledge of mental health therapy and counseling, they decided to open their own Star Point Counseling Center in 2010 to help more people with life issues.

Sam acts as the Executive Business Director and Clarissa the Executive Clinical Director. The counseling center has grown exponentially from just the two of them to seven counselors of various expertise. They are projecting a continuous growth in the business in helping more and more people cope with any and every issue.

Business Owner

She has over 20 years of clinical therapy experience and has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) since 1997.

With Clarissa’s extensive experience providing counseling and therapy for children, teens, individuals, couples and families, she has helped countless numbers of people with marriage counseling, family dynamics counseling, depression, stress, anxiety, relationship counseling, separation and divorce, grief and loss, parenting skills, PTSD, repeated negative behavior and addictions.

Clarissa and her associates at Star Point Counseling Center are focused on providing highly effective counseling techniques in the Brandon, Tampa,

St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Riverview, Plant City, Ruskin, and Apollo Beach areas in a relaxed atmosphere of acceptance and compassion.
