History

Established in 2011.

Having practiced at some of the largest, most prestigious law firms in the world, the founders of The Stanton Cronin Law Group, PL set out to offer the same quality of legal services in a more efficient, cost-​effective manner. Our smaller firm platform allows us to keep our fees lower than the large firms and to engage in flexible billing arrangements such as flat fees and contingency fees in the appropriate cases.

Michael S.

Business Owner

During his legal career, Michael has gained experience in a wide variety of business law and civil litigation, including cases involving business disputes, financial services litigation, workplace disputes, complex commercial litigation and even class action litigation. He has represented individuals as well as businesses of all sizes, from the local businesses all the way up to multi-​national corporations, in state and federal courts throughout Florida, as well as nationally in arbitrations.

In addition to his courtroom experience, Michael has represented individuals and businesses in commercial transactions, such as lease negotiations, business entity formation, and employment contract review. Notably, Michael gained a wide array of transactional experience working as part of a team that acted as general counsel for a large nationally recognized hospital. Additionally, Michael has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in each year from 2011.
