Servicore Clean

Mike Joiner and his crew DID AN AWESOME JOB! I feel sorry for the birds because they will not know there is a sliding glass door in place. These windows have not been properly cleaned in years and they were able to get ALL of the muck and dirt off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just had my windows done in February 2016. Started the process in January. They did not return calls promptly. They stated if I filled out their on-​line form would get a call back in 24 hours, didn’t happen. They cancelled 2x’s and took several days to reschedule for the actual work. The first time they cancelled, they claimed for rain, though it did not rain at my house all day and they were informed as such when they cancelled at 9am for a 1pm appointment. Anyone who lives and works in Florida knows it can rain on the north side of the street and be clear on the south side of the same street. They also claimed they were having hard time finishing the first job due to the rain, needed an hour to be able to reschedule, than three hours, than after 5pm they were able to get to their calendar. To me they overbooked their day and didn’t want to admit it. The 3.5 working and 5.5 calendars days to reschedule they claim they called several times, but caller ID had them calling only 1 time to which I called them back twice to only be told the time they offered me was now booked.
When they did show up the glass did get clean, but where the debris fell on the carpet, tile or toilet tank is where they left it. The frames under the lip near the base still had dirt and mold that I could wipe off with my finger, but somehow they couldn’t clean it.
Would not recommend to anyone unless you wish to sit at home waiting for no one to show, clean up after them and finish the window clean yourself.

Outstanding! They did an awesome job on my carpets and area rug. The customer interface was great as well; everything from the ability to book online, receiving text messages before the tech arrives and another when the job is complete.
Servicore sets the bar and I will certainly be doing business with them again when the need arises.
