OHMAN their hamburgers are awesome. They are maid fresh, never pre-made, never re-headed, never from frozen. And they are Thick. It’s a 20 – 30 minute wait for their burger, but it’s worth it. In fact, it’s worth going out of your way to come here to have their burger. I also am a big fan of their Gilled Beefeater, their Reuben, and their Roast Beef & Blue Cheese. So far I’ve had 19 of the items on their lunch menu and have enjoyed every one of them. The Club Croissant, the Egg Salad, the Grilled Cheese, … all yummy. As in my original review, I mentioned: This is a basic office building café. The exhaust fan is a bit noisy but that’s okay. Everything is made to order, and worth the wait. The staff is friendly, and they hustle.

DIDN’T realize this was an office café. Good sandwiches, cheap breakfast prices tho.

Another office café review from me to you… This one is for Reo Street Café in the Westshore area, not far from Cypress St. As you walk into the Centrepointe building, walk to the back and turn left and you’ll see it. It’s a pretty busy café but there’s a few ladies working there to help with the lunch crowd. I went there recently and ordered the«Chicken Breast on Cuban», which has bacon, cheddar cheese, honey mustard, lettuce and tomato, if you like. It was very tasty and wallet friendly at about $ 6.50 — and that includes chips. Not bad at all! My only minor complaint is that it did take longer than expected to get my sandwich. Time is of the essence when lunch breaks are short. They do have a TBT stand so I was able to read up on the latest news from around the bay and beyond while I waited. Seats about 15 – 20 inside and there’s a courtyard outside with a few tables. Tip: If you’re going there to visit, you’ll want to park in front of the courtyard where you’ll see some 2 hour Visitor Parking spots.

The soups that Mary makes are delicious! Deli sandwiches are made quickly with fresh ingredients which makes it a great breakfast or lunch option. If it were open on the weekends, I’d stop in more than I already do:) Keep up the great work ya’ll!

Good food and the friendliest staff :-) Their French Onion soup is the bomb & they’re known for their Shepard’s Pie… they run out every time.

I work in Anchor Plaza and Reo Street café is the best place around to get a quick, convenient bite for an extremely reasonable price. The staff is super friendly and will custom order just about anything for you. The best part is, they will probably remember your order next time you stop by. They are your basic deli and everything is usually fresh; I have not ordered anything I was unhappy with. They have daily specials too– including my favorite, quesadillas on Wednesdays. They also have chicken noodle soup everyday with an additional soup of the day that is usually delicious. You can call in your order for pickup or just take a few minutes to order and say hi. With not too many quick options in the area, I’m glad to call this place my go-to :) They even serve up a nice breakfast if you need something a little earlier to get your day going.

They are still open. If you are looking for a fast quality sandwich this is the perfect work day lunch option.

I love this place. I don’t work in the building anymore but I was heartbroken to learn they haven’t been up and running since November. I hope everything is okay but I have a bad feeling. They made excellent food, and should they come back, they deserve the business they receive. They’re excellent people with excellent food and prices.

Yay! This mom and pop shop is the perfect alternative to a brown bag lunch. Workers from other office buildings come to Reo and eat at our lobby tables because the food is that good. There is nothing over the top gourmet about it which is precisely why its such a hit. When you just want a sandwich and a diet coke, a soup and a salad or to reenergize with some coffee or red bull, Reo is the place to go. If you’re looking for a high protein, lower fat, healthy lunch option, order the Nick’s special(named after yours truly of course). Its 2 chicken breasts chopped, with avocado, two hard boiled eggs, jalapeño, optional onion on a bed of field greens dressed with caesar, homemade honey mustard(to die) or some ginger-garlic dressing that they put on their cheesesteak. Amaze. Tip: If you’re not within walking distance, they have a free covered parking deck in the back of the building with a covered walking corridor which is fantastic for Tampa’s rainy season. Tip: They close at 3pm but avoid 12pm as the line is bonkers then. Write your order down and they’ll have it ready in 15 minutes or less. If you become a regular, they’ll deliver! Tip: They also serve breakfast Ding!

For in-office dining, the Reo Street Café rocks! Run in a very«mom and pop» style, Mary(chef) makes her menu from scratch, and is happy to tailor it to meet your needs. She has daily homemade soup specials — my favorite is the tomato parmesan basil, which is a little sweet, but goes perfectly with the tuna melt(complete with her homemade honey mustard dressing). If you’re in the area, and missing a good home cooked lunch special, check in here!
