If you are on MacDill Air Force Base, we have base access for all your house cleaning needs whether you need move-​out cleaning or maintenance cleaning. Call us, and we’ll be your no hassle house cleaners.

History

Established in 2012.

Refresh Your Nest Cleaning Services is a Veteran Woman-​Owned Small Business based in South Tampa. Both owners are veterans of the United States Air Force. We are licensed, bonded, and insured.

A true start-​up, we began in May of 2012 with one house cleaning crew and a lot of determination! Just over a year later, we are proud to continue to serve our regular house cleaning customers as well as new and one-​time clients with two full crews in two Refresh Your Nest vans. We are excited to continue our relationship with the residents at MacDill Air Force Base providing crews with base access to clean homes.

Our mission is to deliver consistent, quality house cleaning to our clients and stand behind our work always!

Hello! I am the proud owner of Refresh Your Nest Cleaning Services, a Veteran Woman-​Owned Small Business based in South Tampa. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, wife, mother to two young daughters, a Girl Scout Troop Leader, and a strong advocate for military families and veterans. In everything I do, I strive to be honest and fair, and to make the world a better place. For my house cleaning clients, I provide a reliable, quality house cleaning experience with excellent customer service. I stand behind the work that my house cleaning teams perform and am not satisfied until my client is. I appreciate the opportunity to become Tampa’s trusted source for excellent house cleaning!

Great Service — Julie and Kevin are local business owners and run a great operation. I know they are South Tampa Chamber members and are connected with the community — definitely hire them if you need your home or business cleaned locally — they do one-​time cleans also!!!

Was very disappointed. They didn’t move anything when they cleaned the floors and left all the corners untouched. I have hard water deposits around my sinks that were still there after the cleaning. I will not be using in the future.

I am surprised to see this business doesn’t have a solid 4 stars.
I was in a bind and needed a move out cleaning for my 1 bedroom apartment. With less than 12 hours notice the team was able to accommodate me.
The women were professional and my apartment looks AMAZING! I am talking scruff marks off the walls, baseboards gleaming, and so on. It makes me want to stay in the apartment and question why I don’t hire them sooner.
They did arrive about 40 minutes late but since they fit me in on such short notice, i needed to be flexible.
They were thorough and quick. In all it took just over an hour and included cleaning the stove and my very messy laundry closet.

I called them for a cleaning a few months ago. I was so excited because they sounded so professional on the phone. Needless to say when I got home after my first cleaning, I was utterly disappointed. The Mirrors still had water spots, there was still dust in the corners, the stainless steel fridge had wipe marks all over it (clearly not cleaned properly. They just wipe and clean quickly; they aren’t through. If I going to hire someone to clean my home I expect them to clean it properly. They were also late to the appointment so I couldn’t talk to them before I left for work. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The owner did call me back to ask how they could improve but I didn’t want to waste my time after I had already complained on their comment card since they didn’t offer to come and fix anything.

I recently purchased a new home and I wanted it cleaned before I moved in. I called and received a quote for a move in deep cleaning. The house was pretty clean already but really needed some disinfecting. The windows and ceiling fans were pretty dusty and the kitchen needed some scrubbing. I had two cleaners come out and they did a great job. I was happy with the attention to detail and they were both so friendly. It did not take them as long as they thought it would so my bill was less than what was quoted so that was a nice surprise.
I have given the house my white glove inspection and have not found anything I am unhappy with. They did a great job at a fair price. Purchase the Unilocal special and give them a call.

I had to have them come back to re-​clean the kitchen. They were nice about it, but it was a pain in the butt for me to have to schedule and coordinate twice for one cleaning. Also seems to be budget-​strapped; they ran out of a company-​supplied cleaning item.

I used Refresh Your Nest to clean a condo we bought that was not in great shape (previous owner was male smoker who did not clean for several years). Also, the air conditioner happened to break — in Florida, in July — 2 hours before the cleaners showed up. I felt awful but the incredibly professional staff neither complained nor let it deter them from giving the condo a thorough cleaning. They called ahead, showed up on time, and brought all supplies with them. They are competent, flexible, uniformed, and attentive. I learned later one of the cleaners used a razor blade to clean the hard water stains off of the shower — that’s dedication. They even handled a fireplace full of old ashes. The owner Julie was also very responsive to our somewhat unusual and last minute requests. I will plan to use them again in the future, though hopefully for not so big a job.
