The Duncan Duo team helps home buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals of either buying or selling a home or property. We have agents that work the entire Tampa Bay area so we cover everything in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Sarasota and Manatee counties. Because of this, are agents are more ‘experts’ than the typical agent that is a ‘jack of all trades’ attempting to juggle a million things. History

Established in 2005.

Andrew and Angela became «The Duncan Duo» several years ago where they operated as Realtors at another firm. They opened their own RE/​MAX office in 2011. They relocated to 6320 S Dale Mabry in 2014 after their prior location on Henderson Blvd could no longer support their growth. They are excited about their growth and their focus on helping Tampa Bay’s Military clientele at Macdill AFB as Tampa’s Best Military Realtors. They have constantly sought new ways to innovate and serve home buyers and sellers and are the originators of the 29 Day Guaranteed Home Sale program in Tampa Bay. Over the past few years, the company has racked up several local and national awards and rankings for home sales, service, as well as many celebrity endorsements.

Giving them 5 stars because our Remax realtor was just amazing! Paolo loves his job and it really shows how much he cares! He takes pride in his work and loves working with first time home buyers. My husband & I are first time homebuyers and we were lucky enough to call about a house and Paolo is who returned our call! Not pushy or hounding with phone calls. He gave us our space and told us when we were ready to see homes and talk to reach out to him. Such a nice guy, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well! We saw 9 houses in 1 day with him and he pointed out things that no one would even notice! He is on the ball! Not every day do I have an opportunity to rub shoulders with a Realtor with great integrity. Our industry is so full of «mom and pop» part time agents that mean well. In response to the comment from the Duncan Duo, first of all my name is Angela, not Amanda. Nice attention to detail. Anyway, Unilocal is a place for people to freely express our reviews based on our experience as potential customers. I do not think it is appropriate for a business to use this site to start a debate with a customer. Why not receive the feedback and try to improve your business instead?
I do not believe my situation is the one being referred to in the comments. Maybe that was Amanda. I do have a pre qualification letter and the agent that contacted me did not offer to show me the property I inquired about. She only tried to secure me as a client, even after I questioned this practice from the perspective of the seller of the home. My bother in law had a very similar experience. The feedback I would give to this realtor and associates is to focus their energy on their current listings and trying to sell the homes of those clients rather than trying to secure the business of any potential buyer that inquires on one of these listings. this happened multiple times even after the agent was repeatedly told I was not looking to secure a buyers agent. I might have bought the home in question had I been able to see it.
I wish the Duncan Duo the best of luck in improving their business in the future, and I do not wish to be contacted any further regarding my experience.
