All estimates include mowing with a commercial mulching mower, edging all sidewalks, curbs, driveway and alley, line trimming around house, fences, trees, and beds, and cleaning concrete areas with an air blower. Services Timeline (January & February): Once per Month Service. (March): Biweekly Service begins for all customers, Winter Related Clean-​up. (April — October) : — Regular Weekly & Biweekly Service. (November — Mid December): Biweekly Service for all customers, (2.60 per 32 gallon bag or .50 for curbside pick up. Plus Labor Hourly Rate 35.00)Bagging/Leaf Clean-​up.

Ready for me. My work is mostly performed on a time estimate multiplied by a labor rate formula. I rarely give exact pricing as the nature of this work is extremely variable. I will request additional funds approval at the time I recognize that the project is going to be over time, or if the final time projects to vary from the estimate by more than 25%. If you are givien a price for a project, this is an estimate and not a final price. The type of jobs I give exact pricing for are for deliveries, dump fees, and work that is completed off site from your property.
