Pole parties: bachelorette, birthday, naughty nighty party, or just hanging out with your girls PolePlay is a great way to get things started. All ladies parties are held at a location of your choose.

History

Established in 2010.

I will break the moves down into the basics making it easy to understand. If you have never touched a pole before that’s ok, most women haven’t. A lot of the moves and pole tricks I teach can be broken down into different levels from the easiest to the hardest. Pole dancing may appear to be simple and easy but it is extremely challenging and a lot of fun to learn.

Dancing has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl and I started showing off my dancing skills when I was 5 years old. I have over 25 years dance experience and have competed in a number of National Pole Dance competitions. I started working out when I was 15 years old although I never competed because a diet would be the death of me. As much as I love to work out I get very bored very quick. It is great to know that I am not the only one, women all over the world are always looking for new and fun forms of fitness. Pole dancing and kick boxing are at the top of my list right now.
