Natures Table is a franchise. This particular location was opened in August 2014. The downtown Tampa area is becoming more vibrant everyday. We noticed that there was limited choices for people to enjoy healthy delicious food and smoothies in the area.

My wife and I moved from Kenya, East Africa 2 years ago to Tampa. In Kenya I owned a micro finance company. When I got to Tampa I was recommended to eat at at Natures Table Café. We liked the concept so much that we decided to approach the franchise company.

Fast, fresh and delicious. I got the carnitas bowl but it was soooo difficult to choose because everything sounded amazing. I went with another Unilocaler’s advice to give the Kale and Spinach Smoothie a try and I’m so glad I did. I’ve never enjoyed kale this much. Delicious healthy energy boost.

Very happy to have discovered this place. I need to find out if they’re in Cali… Other than that, the service was very speedy. Check-​In for a free cookie (they’re yummy and not healthy I know). The protein bowl filled me up pretty quick, only ended up eating half of it. Next time I’ll probably just settle for their kale spinach smoothie because that was actually filling enough for a meal.
The chipotle chicken bowl was really good, they give you a good amount of protein and the chipotle aioli sauce tastes great. Not sure how healthy it was but it beats fast food. The place was clean and I went a lil after 1230 which was a decent time it was busy but not super packed.

I stumbled into this place one afternoon after doing the Riverwalk thing for a little while. The place is really clean and the people who work here are very helpful and informative. I had a tuna salad wrap and it was so delicious. I also had a mango smoothie thing and the regular size was already huge. I can’t imagine getting the bigger size. The smoothie itself was super filling, but the whole meal didn’t feel super heavy. They have a dollar off special (or buy one get one half off if you have a friend) in the afternoon that’s definitely worth it. Everything here is already so reasonably priced and fresh. I would definitely go back and recommend to others in the area.

The ambiance of the entire restaurant was welcoming and accommodating. From the USB ports imbedded within the electrical outlets to the compostable sustainable forestry initiative certified containers, every conscientious individual will have no issue embarking on this triumphant gustatory adventure! The owner, as well as all the other employees, are nothing short of joyous and pleasant. Smiles await you at every corner and all is well in the world, for just one meal.

Love this place! It is right downstairs in my work building, and during lunch, it is always packed. Now, I have only ordered soup from here, havent had any of their other items, but alot of my coworkers are always here, and there food looks amazing. I do love their soups though, and I get one often! My favorite is the potato, (also the worst for you lol), but the italian wedding and chicken and rice is right up there. Their cookies are also to die for, and if you check in on Unilocal,you get a free one with a good review! :)

I come here all the time on my lunch breaks from work! Not only is the food absolutely delicious but the staff and service are impeccable. Always fast and friendly! This has become my groups favorite place to come and take a breather from our hectic work schedules!!! :)

The chicken ceasar salad I got for lunch was excellent. I’ve been told by several others in my office that this place was very good, so I’m glad I gave it a try. I’ll be back on a regular basis I’m sure.
