My Broken Phone

I recommend this shop to everyone I know with a broken phone.
They are honest and capable. Quick and thorough. Respectful and trustworthy.
They never try and get one over on you.
I have gone multiple times with minor issues that were fixed free of charge.
The pricing is fair for major repairs, typically beats out all competition.
Good to have an honest store in the slimy world of cell phone shops.

STAY AWAY on 8÷29÷15 I purchased a iPhone 5s phone from the guy that was working the desk. Paid $ 250.00 all phones come with a 30 day warranty not even 24 hours later the phone was heating up and battery was so bad died after 1hr after full day charge, took it back they replaced the battery, 2 days later the battery was still horrible and phone over heating, this time the owner (tony) was there explained he said maybe motherboard. He started taking apart the phone noticed little metal pieces were breaking all over the place (he replaced everything) came back hour later or so I was told. Once I got half way home phone died got home charged it … The phone was resetting every 5 min on 09÷06÷15. Tony said he will take to
Apple Genius Bar have it replaced it has a warranty said no later then Wednesday, gave me a loner phone waiting didn’t hear from him called that weekend no call back. Went to store CLOSED. it’s now 10÷2÷15. Received text back phone is fixed and ready?? After my warranty expired. lol went in wanting to take the 5s to
Apple and verify the phone is In good shape he refused me to take to Apple saying Apple doesn’t repair phones and doesn’t know what there doing … refused to give my money back very threatening to attack me as I advised i will not

This week I was in Tampa for business, so i just happened to see this place and decided to check it out. I have been carrying around a broken iPhone 4 for close to a year now, so this was a great opportunity to check on a repair or used-​phone replacement.
Tony was great and discussed a couple of different options. In the end, he recommended a relatively inexpensive screen replacement.
While we chatted, he took my phone apart and replaced the screen in less than 20 minutes. He also added in a ballistic screen protective cover and a ballistic case. All this for less than half the cost Apple would have charged me for a trade-​in and replacement phone (they do not do screen replacements).

I took my Galaxy S3 in because my screen was broken and I needed to retrieve my contacts and calendar for my new Galaxy S5. They gladly fixed the screen while I waited, I paid for the repair, and then they let me take it home to retrieve the contents. They are happy to buy it back whenever I’m finished. Great service!!!

So my iPhone 5s fell off my counter and the screen cracked. I checked around a few places and this place was the cheapest. For good reason. They used a screen that was just lying around and they do not own the proprietary apple software to calibrate the phone. Which is absolutely necessary. After they «fixed» my phone it performed in the following manner:
Any temperature change (getting into a hot car) phone wouldn’t work for at least 5 minutes.
Keyboard was not synced to phone. Very hard to text.
Would do random things on its own.
I ended up taking it to apple and now it’s fixed.
Bottom line. Don’t be fooled. Without the software a screen can’t be replaced.

These guys are crooks. I was in Tampa on business and I brought my iPhone 5 which had fell into a pool to them in hopes of repair. I dropped it off and a few hours later was told there was no hope. Paid the diagnostic fee, and took back my phone.
A few weeks later I decided to give it one more try and took my phone into an authorized Apple technican. He asked if I bought my phone used, and I said no I had bought it from the Apple Store new. He said that the parts inside were not installed properly, and that the screen was not factory, it was an aftermarket. He also said that a number of the components in my phone were from an iPhone 4. Sadly, he said that he probably could have saved my phone based on what he saw of the logic board.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. CROOKS! Very sad when a business lies and steals from customers. If I were local I would try to file a criminal complaint. I will be challenging the fee you charged me to steal my phone’s parts. I hope you’re happy; you people are disgusting.

This place has saved the day for me a number of times! They have repaired two of my IPhones! One had major water damage… And the other was totally cracked on both sides… They are fast, friendly, knowledgable, affordable and honest! I highly recommend and trust them with all of my devices!
