MSS is the best home security firm in the Tampa /​Sarasota area hands down. They don’t try to upsale and/​or nickle and dime you to death.
When I contacted MSS, a real person answered the phone after the first ring. I described what I wanted, and when I was available. MSS, worked around my schedule and did a great job. I don’t usually leave reviews unless my experience was really good or really bad. In this case, my experience was exceptional.
If you are wondering whether or not to give these guys a try, do yourself a favor. Call them. You will not be disappointed.

Very quick response from my email to them. They were very flexible in finding a time to come out to give us a quote. The quoted amount seemed fair for what we were asking for. Not sure if we’ll use them only because we got in touch with the current company providing service. But if we ever need to switch, these guys will be my first phone call.

Matt is fantastic! He is incredibly attentive and responds to any questions or concerns immediately. Our system is easy to use, has all the modern technology convenience that we could imagine, and is easy to monitor from our phones even when we aren’t home. We did some construction and had to get a new back door sensor and when I realized it and told Matt, he was there the same day to install it. I can’t say enough about how great his service is!

Matt runs a top notch professional organization with all of the creature comforts. The customer service is truly world class. I had been with ADT and had become accustomed the typical customer experience they deliver, which is beyond sub-​par. As a 22 year old first time home owner I wanted to make sure my new house was safe! Being on a half acre of land, it gets really dark at night. Someone had tried to open my front door 2 weeks after I moved in and Matt went above and beyond to make sure that my home was protected and that I was safe! He was out to my house immediately, had it all set up and explained every thing to me! I have ability to arm and disarm from my phone as well as monitor what may be going all from the palm of my hand! This level of professionalism and quality just can’t be found any where else! Wanted to stop in an update my review after my first 6 months of service. I continue to remain extremely happy with the system. I’ve had two incidents where the alarm was tripped due to user error, and was called immediately by the monitoring center, they were polite, very courteous, and thorough in making sure the home was safe. The app MSS uses for their system has not had any issues thus far, it is as simple to use as the keyFOB they give you. I have zero complaints or issues. MSS continues to be an industry icon in home security.

Thank you so much. I am sorry we did not do this sooner. The piece of mind you have given my family. The sadness we experienced. When we were robbed. I was a idiot thinking the dog had it covered. They let the dog out we found her luckily a couple miles away. So wish I did THIS SOONER. I can never replace what is gone. This is the time don’t wait! Christmas is here they are very desperate times for some. The small investment cannot even compare. Christmas is here. They want what we worked so hard for. We had Matt and his crew install our alarm system today at the shop. They showed up early and got the job done in only a few hours from start to finish. I was anticipating their presence to somewhat disrupt our business, but they were highly efficient. The alarm that they installed is quite high tech and looks really impressive. I’m much happier doing business with these guys over a certain 3 letter company.

I called Matt at 730am this morning. Without any hesitation he said «I’ll be there today». He came to my house within an hour and gave me a quote. He then said that he will be back to install this evening. It is now 730pm and I can say I have a fully installed security system. Where else can u find amazing punctual service like that these days!

Matthew is outstanding! His sinere and outstanding customer service is top notch! We moved into our house a year ago. He came the first week of us living here. He offered to update the old one, and replace the sensors.
About a week later the sensors were acting up. He answered guided me through how to fix the problem, but I wasn’t able to fix it over the phone. That night he sent his other service guy and replaced it for free. Yes no service charge no hidden costs nothing.
A year later we haven’t had a problem since. Last night we had a power outage in the area. The alarm acted up and sent the police out. Matthew offered to pay for it if we get a bill. He also came out Saturday morning no service fee and checked on the alarm and gave me a key alarm for free. This company is the best out there. The service is the best from all of the corporate ones. We looked around and I am happy to say that we found a company that cares about our home and safety as much as we do. If I could give 10 stars I would because that’s how great the service is.

We made the switch from another company to Maximum Security Services and we could not be happier. Matt Easterly had us hooked up that very day! Matt protects our home in Riverview and our Business in Brandon. When we did have a break-​in recently at 5am, Matt was on the scene almost as fast as the Sheriff’s office to make sure that everyone and everything was ok. Talk about Customer Service! He is saving me about $ 60 a month between the home and the business WITH the added bonus of being able to arm, dis-​arm and monitor our home and business through an app on my smartphone! There are so many features. It’s nice to know that I have optional camera hook up and that can be accessed from my phone.
