Mr. Scott has been actively working in the City of Tampa for the past 11 years. During this time, I personally have had contact on projects that he was foreman on and have found no problems with his work. Mr. Scott passed the Master Examination in 1989 and had been performing installations in other municipalities until 1996 when he started work in the Tampa area. Mr. Scott has shown me to be a dependable and knowledgeable electrician during the time that he had been in the area.“
