This place is a hot mess I’ve been there twice the second time thinking that it will be better than the first but it ended up being worse now I understand $ 50 is pretty cheap for a sew in but it’s not worth it at all if you’re going to take your hair out in a week does someone I got was so big and bulky there was no way I could style it told her not to cut my hair if she cut the weft anyway.

I’ll give it 3 stars overall. Nice to find a low cost place since I change my hair so often. However, it would be helpful if the people answering the phones know the hours. I just sit outside for my 9am appointment only to find out via Instagram they were opening at 12 today. Mind you I called and made the appointment on Wednesday late afternoon. You would think they would have called people of they changed hours at the last no. Coming from St P, not a fun experience to waste gas like that.

Came in to get a quick weave done. Had an appointment for 11am. When I get there my stylist was washing her own hair. Then, Simone, the stylist had breakfast and sat under the dryer while I waited for her to finish. Pure ignorance. Finally she gets to my hair. She is so ignorant, she asked me to open the box of hair while she played in the mirror — like I was her child not a client. Finally the hair style, she didn’t do that professionally either. Asked me for a cap when she should be supplying it. Overall, I give my experience a D since my hair came out somewhat decent. I went to Orlando to have it styled. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m from Atlanta (treated like gold) and her customer service was garbage. Never again.

I’ve been here once and spent almost $ 300 and my hair came out just okay. Wasn’t amazed by it which saddens me but they have lots of people who work here so I’m willing to try someone else because of the price.
My stylist was nice but I was annoyed by her having a very loud conversation with another stylist, directly in my ear, about drama in her life. The other girl seemed like she didn’t want to discuss this in front of people but she just kept babbling the entire time. Again, nice but Ill make sure to avoid her next time .
The 2 stars are for the insanely rude chick on the phone. She has THEE ABSOLUTE worst attitude I have ever encountered in customer service. Felt like I was talking to a bill collector. I made an appointment again then changed the day within the same call and she got super irritated like I just killed her cat. I’m a paying customer, show some respect. Every time I’ve called she acts like shes forced to do her job. Y’all have the wrong girl taking appointments down. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP

I have been living in Tampa for 12 years now and I finally I have found a place where I can get my done without taking a 4 hour trip to my hometown Miami to get my hair done properly. What this means to me is that I no longer have to experiment with hair places here in Tampa where I have to get my hair done twice and pay twice because the first place did a horrific job (talk about bad hair day). Wow Mane attraction I’m very impressed. Service was excellent, quick and the staff was very professional. I had my doubts with how long I was going to be in the salon and expected to spend my entire Saturday there but I was in from start to finish for less than 2 hours (1 hour 51 mins to be exact).
Location! Location! Location. Besides the many great features for Mane Attraction, the are located in between and with walking distance of 2 competitive beauty supply hair stores. Very convenient especially getting planing on getting your hair done at the last minute.
I was in heaven! Clean atmosphere, love the modern décor, beautiful clean hard word floor and the smooth classic music playing in the background made it super relaxing and I quickly ignored my original prejudice of the place. I really love that I can sense the bond the ladies working have for each other. I wish I was there to witness the prank that was getting ready to be played on a coworker back from there long vacation.
Happy to have finally found a hair place to call home and looking forward to my next appointment. Great job Niecy!!! Keep it up
