Dr. Mahesh Patel is a Tampa urologist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of conditions and disorders that affect the urinary tracts of men and women, as well as the male reproductive system. The urinary tract includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra, and in males, the prostate. With more than 37 years experience, Dr. Patel provides expert treatment for a wide array of diseases and disorders including urinary tract infections, kidney stones and incontinence, among others. He is a graduate of Kasturba Medial College Manipal with residencies at Suny Buffalo, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York. In addition to his own independent practice, Dr. Patel is currently a staff physician at Florida Hospital Tampa.
