It’s clean, the maintenance requests are usually fulfilled quickly.
There are really no amenities to speak of. The gym is a row of treadmills, with a bench and a single set of dumbbells. The cardreader for clubhouse entrance does not allow residents to enter. There is no hot tub. The dog park has no props, no hoses, but does have a sectioned-​off spot for utility workers to get to their utility lines; it’s just some space they didn’t know what else to do with; the dog park was obviously an afterthought. There are two picnic areas for the entire community, and they are a bit of a walk if you don’t live in the adjoining buildings. There is NO recycling available, which is a huge problem; we were told the recycling company wouldn’t do it unless the community was full… so the office is not afraid to outright lie about something they deem trivial. There are constantly people using leaf blowers at all hours of every day; I feel like once a week is sufficient. The paint in the apartments scuffs very easily.
The price isn’t bad, but the commute into Tampa is 35 minutes, without factoring in the time to park the car and walk into work, in which case I’m usually looking at 45 – 50 minutes. Rush hour can add up to an additional hour (not exaggerating).
If you’re a student at USF Tampa or PHSC Wesley Chapel, and you don’t care about recycling or paying $ 5 to receive your water bill or $ 35 for trash removal, which does not include recycling, you will like it here.

I moved here from another state and I love it. The staff is great as well as the service. I would recommend Pebble Creek to anyone. ;)

We just recently moved in and couldn’t be happier. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome, even before we were residents. At the time of the tour they didn’t have any units available for us at the time frame we needed. A week went by and because they felt bad not being able to help us out, they had pulled some strings and made an exception! Move in process was smooth. Now the carrying loads of furniture and boxes up 3 flights of stairs, that’s another story! :) I would recommend everyone come by and check out the wonderful property. Quiet, and friendly. Grounds are kept very clean. Love the view of the golf course and preservation.
