Doing business with this company has been a nightmare. I ordered one of their magnesium fire-​starters in mid-​Dec 2014. My PayPal account was debited immediately and thats the last I heard from them. All email requests for status on my order have been ignored. Their phone number is not operational. There has been no communications from them at all. After searching the web, I found there are many others who have experienced the same problem. I filed a complaint followed by a claim on PayPal and finally I heard from PayPal that they are shipping the item. We’ll wait and see if I get the item or not.
There are many fine retailers where you can purchase magnesium fire-​starters. My recommendation is to save yourself a lot of aggravation and pass on this one.
