Donnelly & Russo, PA nka Joseph C. Russo, PA was founded in 1995 by Sean V. Donnelly with a local practice focusing primarily on the areas of residential real property and small business. In 1998, in response to a growing clientele that included statewide representation and a wider range of legal matters, the firm hired Joseph C. Russo to handle its commercial practice. Mr. Russo’s business practice grew over the years and in 2011, Mr. Russo became the sole-​shareholder of the firm. Since then, the firm practices primarily in the areas of business transactions and small business practice.
