Business Owner

Dr. John Lippelman began his medical career with a strong foundation in psychology, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MA/​PhD in Clinical Psychology from the The New School for Social Research. He went on to medical school at the University Nordestana in the Dominican Republic, where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine. At the University Miami School of Medicine, Dr. Lippelman completed an internship before doing his residency at Wayne State University in Internal Medicina & Emergency Medicine. He is a member of the Florida Medical Association and is affiliated with Memorial Hospital in Tampa, FL, where he has served on the Board and as Chief of Staff and Chief of Internal Medicine. His professional interests include preventive & wellness care, geriatric medicine, comprehensive health care, weight management, exercise programs, hospital care cost containment and efficient utilization of inpatient care.
