Poor bedside manner and unprofessional front office staff. Had an appointment and waited for over 30 minutes before my son was brought back for initial screening. The front desk staff member became annoyed when I inquired as to how much longer we would be waiting. I explained that it is appropriate to let patients know if the office is running behind, to which I received a terse reply. If I kept my patients waiting with no explanation, I would have no patients. Dr. C has attended to all of my children at one time or another and has never had a pleasant demeanor with us. It’s a shame because of the convenience with Lens Crafters, however next year we will definitely be going elsewhere.

Tried to order contacts after getting my last exam with this office in October 2014. When I called to place the order they told me that my prescription expired in March 2015 so it seems they must have not logged my appointment from October or only give out 5 month prescriptions which makes no sense. To me it wasn’t even worth fighting. They seemed to be disorganized and not worth my time or money.

Dr. C is a great doctor! I like to visit him every year when I come to Florida to visit my family! He is very thorough and will make sure everything is correct. He will also squeeze you in when you really need to get an appointment! He’s definitely awesome!
