Practice membership is for patients who suffer with both chronic and acute gastrointestinal or liver disease.

Examples of acute conditions include: acid reflux, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, trouble swallowing,

gastrointestinal bleeding, nausea and vomiting, abnormal liver tests or imaging, diverticulitis, and certain pancreatic

and gallbladder problems.
