I couldn’t decide so I just got them all. This is not a good place for indecisive people like me. Or maybe it is. idk.

So glad I finally tried the goodies at Frostings Etc! They have the best tasting Spanakopitas and Baklavas in Tampa at the best prices, period! Very nice ambiance and I was very impressed at how even the boxes they use are authentically made in Greece, wow! I also love the Greek yogurt (so authentic!) and their grocery section! The Krinos candies are lovely! Would gladly recommend Frostings Etc to anyone looking for authentic Greek/​European bakery and grocery items!

Discovered this place by looking up cupcakes in Tampa, and Frostings Etc. had high marks, so I had to see this for myself. They definitely proved themselves as one of the best places to get cupcakes in town! Had their Key Lime cupcake for my birthday as well as Champagne Pear Bellini. One thing that makes them so special is that their cupcakes are not too sweet and very light. I could actually eat two of them and not feel like I’m going into a diabetic coma. Their frosting is light and fluffy which makes it a pleasurable experience to eat! Moderately priced too! A must try if you are a cupcake aficionado.

I just love this place. The interior is so cute and clean and the assortment of cupcakes they offer is outstanding. It seems to be owned/​ran by a couple (Joe and Sharon) and they are the sweetest things ever, probably moreso than their treats! In addition to their unique concoctions, they also offer specialty cakes and dessert catering for events. It seems that they use high quality ingredients and take pride in what they do. The lady is always inventing some kind of new concoction. And, they usually have at least one or two VEGAN options which is appealing to many. I have also gotten a «pup cake» from here that was made out of wholesome ingredients and I was told was human food grade which I appreciate. They have a case of cupcakes and another cold case of bottled drinks and specialty drinks alike as well as some other sugary confections. On my last visit they had some new kind of coconut water I had never seen before and I try to keep abreast of what’s out there. I think that the cupcakes are wonderful and flavorful. With my sister in town she requested that we visit the shop, as I had taken her last time I was here. We ordered two cupcakes, a carrot cake one and a vegan chocolate chip cookie dough one. The vegan chocolate chip cookie dough one is made with the same type of frosting that they have miniature cups of for you to buy as a snack and let me tell you it is delicious! The guy working behind the counter is always friendly and warm and will do anything he can to accommodate your requests, i.e. If you want a particular flavor that is in the freezer, etc.
Parking is in front of the store or at adjacent lots across the street. I would strongly suggest you try Frostings, Etc. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

The best CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH cupcake EVER!!! Better than Gigi’s in my opinion. I’m just sad because it’s so far away

The most delicious homemade cupcakes! The cookie dough ones are to die for :) and can’t go wrong with an Oreo or champagne one either yum

I took my Little Sister here after lunch across the street. We both wanted something sweet and the cupcake signs drew me right in. The interior of the business isn’t all the impressive but their cupcakes are pretty. Too bad they don’t taste as good as they look. I ordered the Chocolate Guinness cupcake and took it home to eat it. it was fairly dry and I didn’t taste much Guinness flavor in the cake. The icing was fudge and it was good but the texture was a little runny for the cake. My Little asked questions about every cupcake they had before she settled on the red velvet. She said she liked it but she’s 15, sooo yeah. I’ll stick to my usual cupcake spots but it was nice to try something new.

My husband has a crazy sweet tooth so needless to say, he’s become quite the dessert Connoisseur. Surprisingly we’ve lived in the area a couple of months but hadn’t been here before. We finally went on Friday night. The owners are fantastic. Very friendly and fun. We purchased the Guinness, Red Velvet and Fluff cupcakes. Our plan was to have one that night and the others throughout the weekend. After we tried the first one, that plan was shot :-) I’m somewhat embarrassed to say that we devoured them all in record time. All three were very good, but the Fluff was outrageous! Can’t wait to try them all!

First time trying this place and we’ll be back for sure! So glad to have found a local bakery with tasty vegan options! The red velvet was to die for, melted in my mouth! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

In light of what others have written I am disappointed that I have to say I was not impressed with the flavor of our Champagne Pear Bellini cupcake. Frosting was overly sweet and the cake part had very little flavor. On the other hand, Joe, the owner is a friendly, chatty man who wears a cute and bouncy cupcake-​laden headband. He will be opening up a cupcake food truck in Brandon and we wish him luck on this new venture.

Best cupcakes in Tampa, if you ask me. The owners are really nice. They have gourmet cupcakes like Guiness cupcakes that are rich and chocolaty, and Champagne Pear Bellini that are incredible, plus cookie dough shots, little cups of pure chocolate chip cookie dough!

What makes this place so incredible is the taste.
Make no mistake, the owners are on-​site and incredibly helpful…
But each creation they crank out is loaded with more flavor than any cupcake I’ve ever had.
I discovered this place when they catered a friends wedding and now I treat myself once a week.
Do yourself a favor, check this place out.

Wasn’t impressed by the cupcakes. I was looking for a good balance between the cake & the frosting, and felt both weren’t all that flavorful.

I get the vegan cupcakes and they are out of this world. But then I tried the vegan cookies and now I can’t decide when I go in. So I get both.
Now I tried the vegan butter and Let me tell you it is the best
Another spin class so I can have more.
The chef and her family make you feel like you are part of the family.

I tried the red velvet, pumpkin, and cookie dough– the cake was moist and delicious and the frosting was really good too. In comparison to other cupcake shops, this place has the best cupcakes in Tampa.

But, a GIANT IN THE AMAZING SELECTIONS, of cupcakes and beautifully orchestrated. Declarations, I have seen in a long time. It was like I thought I died and I woke up in cupcake heaven. She was working in the back and we were having a conversation with Joe/​owner. Her husband, and introduced herself. And she was so knowledgeable and willing to provide a bounty of information. In reference to the different flours she was working on. We were mesmerized by the variety of magnificent flavors in styles in these very well thought and made cupcakes. Sharon stated, the star of their selection was the Champagne Cupcake. Not only are they available in the regular sized cupcakes but also in an assortment of mini cupcakes you can choose to put together yourself to suit your taste. They accommodate from a breakfast craving to any time of day during their operation hours that you would like to have a cupcake. Just as we were ready to leave she brought a trade from the kitchen. With the most amazing cannoli cupcakes. Yes, cupcakes topped with a miniature CANOLI. If you’re planning a special event or would like to give someone a very memorable and sweet gift. This place is A Must To Keep In Mind. Since the holiday season is here. I must disclose the special ingredient that makes what seems to be a success with all these confections. Cute, quaint place. Very nice owner /​manager.
The cake part is moist and the icing is flavorful. Personal favorite is the chocolate chip cookie dough, though the champagne pear Bellini has some pears in the middle of the cake part, which was a pleasant surprise.
But all 4 cupcakes I’ve tried were awesome! (Cookie dough, champagne, Oreo and paleo)

Two words: vegan cupcake.
Anytime an establishment has a dairy-​free option for those of us lactose-​intolerant folks, I give them a thumbs up.
Today, I went in and got their vegan cupcake (coconut flavor with blueberries on top).
It was the highlight of my week. I have been craving something sweet for days and finally I found somewhere that is allergy friendly!
I will be bringing my friend who is definitely not lactose-​adverse and will update my review when he tries a cupcake (I’m thinking he will go for the Guiness Flavor).

Hands down the best cupcakes I have ever had! The difference between this cupcake shop and all the others in the area is that Frostings not only has homemade cupcakes, but they are made from scratch, and you can most definitely taste the difference. They don’t have that overly sweet, sugary grit to them, they are just delicious. The owners are super helpful and they almost always give me free stuff (cookie dough or a couple of the day old cupcakes). I would highly recommend Frostings etc to any cupcake enthusiast!
There is a minimum credit card purchase, I think it’s $ 10 but don’t quote me

Where to begin? The quality is outstanding, the owners are wonderful and accommodating, the cakes are inventive, tasty, creative, and wildly delicious.

I am not a frosting person, I prefer the cake. I consume every morsel of these cupcakes!
In the last year, I have made Frostings a regular stop. I’m always trying something new from them. Anytime I want to bring a sweet treat to someone, this is where I go. People always want to know where the cakes came from & vow to visit!
My favorites right now are chocolate chip cookie dough & salted caramel chocolate.
