History

Established in 2004.

Co-​founded by Daron G. Diecidue M.D. and Matthew A. Dowdy M.D., Fast Track Urgent Care is a facility dedicated to delivering quality urgent care in a patient-​friendly environment. We understand that when you or your loved one is not feeling well, having to go see the doctor can be a tedious experience. That is precisely why we have established two unique facilities to serve as convenient, boutique-​style alternatives to the Emergency Room for minor illnesses and injuries, or as an option for when your primary care physician can’t accommodate your schedule.

Having grown up in a military family, Matthew A. Dowdy M.D. was privileged to see the world at a young age. He believes that the most important interaction a patient has is with his or her doctor. He uses humor, compassion, the desire to listen and technical expertise to make that interaction the best it can be.

When it comes to you and your family’s health, Tampa native Daron G. Diecidue M.D. offers a genuine sense of compassion and dedication.

Having supported his wife through her battle with breast cancer, Dr. Diecidue has gained a unique perspective on the importance of patient interaction and making patients and their families at ease when providing medical care.
